Fitho is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of dedicated service in the United States Army, specializing in contract management and operations oversight. As a Proposal Support Specialist, Fitho brings a wealth of expertise garnered from an illustrious career in the military, where they honed their skills in contract negotiation, administration, and project management. He has developed a wide range of skills, including compliance review, critical and analytical thinking, verbal and written communication, and independent research.
Fitho demonstrated exceptional proficiency in navigating the complexities of government contracting, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and fostering successful partnerships with contractors to achieve mission objectives. Outside of his professional endeavors, Fitho is known for his unwavering dedication to serving his community, courage and spending time with his family.
