This is his first role as a civilian after 20 years of serving as a contracting officer for the U.S. Army with his most recent assignment at Fort Bragg. Fitho helps BAFO clients with proposal management and compliance within the government contracting industry. Fitho is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of dedicated service in the United States Army, specializing in contract management and operations oversight. As a Proposal Support Specialist, Fitho brings a wealth of expertise garnered from an illustrious career in the military, where they honed their skills in contract negotiation, administration, and project management. He has developed a wide range of skills, including compliance review, critical and analytical thinking, verbal and written communication, and independent research. Fitho demonstrated exceptional proficiency in navigating the complexities of government contracting, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and fostering successful partnerships with contractors to achieve mission objectives. Outside of his professional endeavors, Fitho is known for his unwavering dedication to serving his community, courage and spending time with his family. Jeff, an United States Air Force veteran, helps BAFO clients manage cross-functional planning, development, and submittal of proposal responses. Jeff has experience with RFP and RFI responses, including roles in Fortune 100 telecommunications, IT and hospitality companies. He has managed or contributed to proposals, winning over $10B in new business. With 20+ years of experience, he has helped large and small business within the government contracting industry with Proposal Management, Proposal Writing, Value Propositions, and Developing Win Themes. Jeff is based in the Dallas/Ft Worth area, attended LeTourneau University, and earned MBA and Bachelor of Science degrees. Jeff is married and enjoys travel, photography, and spending time with family.

She has navigated the entire proposal lifecycle, from conducting interviews with SMEs to awaiting award decisions. Her responsibilities include ensuring proposal compliance, managing outlines, and document control. Sasha has worked with multiple government agencies such as DoD, DHS, ICE, DOT, and more. She has experience in collaborating with subcontractors and government personnel to deliver high-quality proposals and bidding on various projects. Sasha has supported small businesses in the proposal process, including emerging and established 8(a) enterprises and newcomers to the government contracting arena. She specializes in various industries, ensuring tailored assistance to secure valuable contracts. In her free time, Sasha enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, going on adventures, hiking, doing hot yoga, and staying active with her son. She also continues to learn more about government contracting and government business.
